So this was our weekend:
Not totally, but mostly. For the men. We had a great weekend with Mark and Rebecca. The men burned things and went fishing. I was on "please don't burn the house down" duty. Basically the boys finally burned the ginormous pile of trees and various bits of nature in front of the house. It was very manly. They loved it. I was petrified. It was breezy (which it was NOT supposed to be). Kimberly and the kids and I played safely inside. Chad, Jason, Jamey and Hunter were in charge of preventing a wildfire. Apparently it worked :) Our house is still standing and this is all that remains of the pile that was bigger than my car:
It is still smoldering today and it rained all day yesterday.
Mark and Rebecca came in Friday night, left Saturday morning to pick up his new ride and then came back for the night. The kiddos had a blast (as did we). We all went to ol' Lonnie Rays. YES PLEASE!
Work is bananas right now with the early Spring weather the Midwest has seen. Oh the joys of working in insurance :)
I really am working on some new photos of the kids and the Grandparents and some changes made around the house!

In the meantime, I am going to try to get used to the time change!
Happy Monday!
